Prepárate Caiman is a virtual professional development series developed by the UF-AHA in 2020 for current UF students. Throughout the series, we will tackle topics uniquely tailored to students’ needs, and provide expertise on areas that make them well-rounded young Gator professionals. Previous topics have included: leadership, conflict management, effective communication, and a career planning workshop.The series is open to all students (graduate and undergraduate), but highly encouraged for an undergraduate audience.
