As a first-generation Mexican American, I am the oldest of four children. I am studying French Language and Francophone Studies with a minor in International Development and a certificate in Teaching English as a Second language. I am passionate about traveling, art, and education. Through my own family and studying abroad, I have witnessed the need for English teachers around the world. I intend to give back through my service and experience to better education globally. I have been accepted into the Teaching Program in France and the North American Teaching Program in Spain.
