The “Poder” Award  honors a young leader, age 40 and under, for exemplary service and potential toward leaving a lasting legacy in the Hispanic/Latino Gator community.  The Hispanic/Latino alumnus should demonstrate qualities indicative of a developing Gran Caimán with a large focus on service and initiative.
