Jonathan is a senior associate in Kaufman Rossin’s business consulting services (BCS) practice, where he assists both businesses and individuals with financial due diligence and analysis of financial transactions.

His primary focus is transaction advisory services, helping clients throughout merger and acquisition transactions. He also collaborates on engagements involving corporate finance, strategy and transformation, as well as post transaction integration services.

Prior to his time with Kaufman Rossin, Jonathan worked at Morgan Stanley in the institutional wealth management division. His experience at Morgan Stanley included large pension funds and endowments on constructing investment policy statements, portfolio construction, research, and asset recommendations. Jonathan also spent several years working as finance lead for a large publicly traded marketing firm based in Latin America.

Jonathan earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida.
